- A regular member is active within the group, attends membership meetings regularly and generally takes part in the development of the group purchasing programs. A regular member has the right to buy Category A shares (with voting and participation rights).

- An affiliated member is less active within the group and is interested in one or more group purchasing programs but does not necessarily take part in their development. An affiliated member has the right to buy Category B shares (with voting rights but without participation rights).
